Now that you are the successful bidder, the item is yours! We accept payment in the form of cash, check, bank transfer, Visa, and Master Card. If we have not received your payment within 4 business days, your card on file will be charged for the full amount. If you do not want your card to be charged, please fill out the form below to indicate your intended payment via check, cash, wire, or alternate credit card.
Payment is due prior to pick up. We are open for pick up Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM by appointment only. All purchases must be paid for and picked up or shipped within two weeks after the auction. All items picked up are subject to sales tax unless a resale certificate is provided.
Potomack does not provide any packing or shipping services. The buyer is responsible for arranging shipping. Please refer to your invoice or see below for our recommended shippers.
